Shopekal.com is dedicated to ensuring that your order arrives on time and in great condition. We use reliable courier services to ship your package. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays. Our priority is to deliver your order quickly and securely, using high-quality packaging.

Delivery and Shipping Policy

1. Standard Delivery Times:

• Processing Time for Suits:  All hand embroidered suits are made to order and take 7-10 working days to manufacture before dispatch. 
• General Processing Time: All other items are shipped within 2 days.
• Delivery Time: Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within India, depending on the pin code. International orders may take 8-10 business days.
• If you have opted for additional services, the delivery time will be extended by the number of days specified for those services.
• We will provide tracking information and updates from dispatch to delivery via the email you provided when placing your order.

2. Delays:

• Unforeseen circumstances on our end or the logistics provider’s end may cause delays. Rest assured, our customer service team will work closely with the logistics provider to expedite your order.

3. Shipping Charges:

• Within India: We offer free shipping on all orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only for eligible pin codes. You can check COD eligibility at checkout.
• International Orders: Free shipping is offered on orders over $500 (excluding additional services). Import customs duty, if applicable, will be the customer’s responsibility. These duties vary by country and are not governed by us. Charges will be over and above the product/order price you pay.
