Refund policy

Please note that our handwoven products are unique, with only one of each kind available at a time. Additionally, due to the purity of the fabrics and the delicate nature of the weaves, each garment requires meticulous handling.

 

RETURN 

At Ekal, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our return and exchange policy below:


1. Return Eligibility:

  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and bills included.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the shipment by emailing us at info@shopekal.com.
  • Items bought using a coupon are not eligible for return. The 5% prepaid discount is exempt from this rule.


2. Valid Reasons for Return:

We only accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, we will take full responsibility and either replace the item or provide a refund. The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Wrong Size: If an incorrect size is delivered, we will arrange a replacement. 


3. Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@shopekal.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • We will arrange a pickup from the delivery address.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-4 working days after receiving the returned item, minus a fee of ₹500 for shipping and handling.


4. Exceptions:

  • Products with additional services like fall and pico, tassels, or custom stitching are not eligible for return.
  • Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) are not eligible for return.
  • International orders are not eligible for return.
  • Orders with custom size combinations (e.g. S Kurta with XS Pants) are not eligible for return.
